The study primarily aims to define the efforts made by the Followers in presenting and defending the correct Islamic belief, as well as the actions they took to stand up before the sects of heresy. The study describes the Followers and their enormous efforts to uphold the nation's faith and cohesion, as well as recognizing the most significant misguided doctrinal heresies that emerged in their era and necessitated their mobilization and response.
The researcher uses an inductive approach to describe the erroneous doctrinal issues that surfaced at that time. that then describes the followers' responses to these issues by drawing on various Arab historical and religious sources, and that uses an analytical method to help create an impression of the scope of their knowledge and the amount of works they put into promoting this religion.
The study produced a number of findings, the most significant of which are:
The generation of Followers is the generation that confronted and brimmed the misguided sects of innovation in that era, establishing the principles of the Islamic Creed science, which is based on the Holy Book and the Sunnah. Asserting with their efforts and Knowledge the foundations for the correct faith upon which Ahl Al Sunnah wa Al Jama'ah agree.
