Öz
This study was conducted to measure the level of impact of accounting professionals on the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 139 professional members registered in the Sivas Chamber of Certified Public Accountants. The data obtained were statistically evaluated. As a result of the study, it was determined that the remote working conditions that emerged with the pandemic negatively affected the communication and relations of the professionals with the taxpayers. This situation increased their work stress, as well as the legal regulations that emerged with the pandemic, were not detailed and understandable, and the necessary time was not given to understand and implement these legal regulations. Professionals working under these unfavorable conditions have also stated that they do not receive the necessary prestige and economic value.
