Öz
Psödotümör serebri (PTS), nedeni bilinmeyen intrakraniyal basınç artışıdır. Tanısı modifiye edilmiş Dandy kriterleri ile konulur. Hastalığın semptomları görülme sıklığına göre, artmış kafa içi basıncı nedeniyle baş ağrısı, geçici görme kaybı, bulanık görme ve diplopi şeklinde sıralanabilir. Çocukluk çağı PTS leri yetişkinlere göre farklılık gösterebilmektedir. Görüntüleme yöntemleri tanı konulması için yapılacak olan lumbal poknsiyon (LP) öncesi elzemdir. Bu çalışmada literatürdeki çocukluk çağı PTS leri değerlendirilmiştir.
