Superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis (SOVT) is a rare pathology. Etiological causes include hypercoagulation, infectious diseases (infectious sinusitis, orbital cellulitis), inflammatory diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, Behcet's syndrome, sarcoidosis, etc.), neoplasms (leukemia, lymphoma, meningioma), trauma and carotid-cavernous fistula. Bilateral simultaneous SOVT is a very rare condition that requires early diagnosis and treatment. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) are important radiological modalities in diagnosis and identification of etiologic cause. In this article, we present the MRI findings of subacute stage SOVT developed simultaneously in both orbita in Non Hodkin Lymphoma (NHL) in remission.
