Commercial, Advenced Dual-Phase Steel Productions

Öz

In this study, commercial dual-phase steel production methods have been investigated. Manufacturers, in area’s of industries which use materials, would like to use advanced materials having light weight, higher strength, formable and higher strength after forming. This situation also valid for user. Particularly in automotive industry, to decrease vehicle weight is vital target due to provide energy saving and cost reducing. In time of the energy crises, this subject is coming fore very much. From early 1970’s when an energy crisis was also be experiencing, afterward high density working, dual–phase steel which could be instead of HSLA, has been explored and produced from Low Alloy High Strength (HSLA) as a new tape steel. Having better properties from HSLA, dual–phase steel has very much draws attention

Ticari, Geliştirilmiş Çift-Fazlı Çelik Üretimi

Öz

Bu çalışmada ticari çift-fazlı çelik üretim yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Malzeme kullanan bütün endüstriyel alanlarda üreticiler, üstün özelliklere sahip hafif, dayanımı yüksek, şekillendirme kabiliyeti ve şekillendirme sonrası dayanımı iyi olan malzeme kullanmayı arzu ederler. Bu arzu, kullanıcılar açısından da geçerlidir. Özellikle otomotiv endüstrisinde taşıt ağırlığının azaltılması yakıt ve maliyet tasarrufu sağladığı için en büyük hedeflerden biridir. Enerji krizlerinin yaşandığı zamanlarda bu konu daha da ön plana çıkmaktadır. Yine bir enerji krizinin yaşanmaya başladığı yetmişli yıllardan itibaren yoğun araştırmaların neticesinde yüksek mukavemetli düşük alaşımlı (YMDA veya HSLA) çeliklerinin yerine kullanılabilecek bu çeliklerden üretilen çift-fazlı çelikler geliştirilmiştir. Çift-fazlı çeliklerin klasik HSLA çeliklerinden oldukça üstün özellikleri sahip olmaları, oldukça ilgi çekmelerine sebep olmaktadır.
