Öz
Sağlık hizmetleri ülkelerin refah seviyelerinin yükselmesinde toplum için büyük rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri kullanarak şehir hastaneleri kapasitelerine yönelik temel göstergelerin performans sıralaması ve karşılaştırılmasını yapmaktır. Çalışmanın uygulama sürecinde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden Entropi ve MAUT kullanılmıştır. Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren 18 şehir hastanesi ve 6 kriterin yer aldığı kapasite değerlendirilmesine ait temel değerleri gösteren veriler ele alınmıştır. Yöntemlerden elde edilen çıktıya göre en iyi kapasite değerlendirilmesine sahip hastane Ankara Etlik Şehir Hastanesi olmuştur.

Öz
Health services have played a prominent role for the society in increasing the welfare of countries. The aim of this study is to rank and compare the performance of key indicators for city hospitals' capacities using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. In the application process of the study, Entropy and MAUT have used from Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. It has been examined with the data obtained from the basic values of capacity assessment, which includes operating in Turkey 18 city hospitals and 6 criteria. According to the output obtained from the methods, the hospital with the best capacity assessment is Ankara Etlik City Hospital.
