An important share of the service sector consists of transportation and storage activities. Therefore, the importance of investments in the transportation sector is obvious and the satisfaction of individuals is essential. The related literature about the satisfaction of transportation services are generally analyzed specific vehicles belonging to a particular region or city. In this study, levels of satisfaction with transport services in Turkey were examined. The data from the Survey of Life Satisfaction published by the Turkish Statistical Institute in 2018 was used. It is thought that the representation power of the results is quite high when considering the sample size. Since the used log-linear models include the interaction of more than two variables with each other, they determine the relationship between the variables in detail. The satisfaction levels of transportation services have not been previously examined with log-linear models in the literature. According to the results, satisfaction with the transportation service is significantly related to demographic factors such as age, gender, and education. In terms of the calculated odd ratios; in Turkey men are 1.29 times more satisfied with transportation systems than woman, satisfaction levels of individuals aged 60 and over are also 2.34 times higher than those under 60.
