Formation Mechanism of Fumonisins and Results of Subacute and Chronic Effects on Metabolism

Öz

Molds are microscopic fungi that live on plants and animals that threaten the health of many living things. Fungi form spores and form mold by being carried by air, water and insects. Mold contamination is in the first place especially in regions with high temperature and humid climate. It shows that molds can multiply when suitable conditions are met. Molds, one is economical and the other is dangerous in terms of creating mycotoxins. To date, more than 400 mycotoxin species have been found in studies, and only 20 of them have been proven to have high affinity for humans and animals. The most common Mycotoxins are cyclopiazonic acid, ochratoxin, patulin, aflatoxin (AF), trichothecenes, zeranol, and fumonisin. The most common type in nature is fumonisins. Fumanosine species have subacute and chronic effects on many living things. Mainly Liver cancer, Muscle cramps, Poor nutrient absorption, Bone resorption, Diarrhea, Trouble in breathing, paralysis, vomiting, epilepsy, stomach pain, weak immune system, chills, joint pains, weak pulse, tremor, hand and foot It is the leading cause of many diseases such as lethargy, rheumatism, Parkinson's disease, MS (multiple sclerosis). It is thought that the presence of these toxins, which have negative effects on health, can be prevented if adequate and necessary precautions are taken. In this study, it was compiled in order to explain the chemical structure, formation mechanism and the results of their effects on health.

Fumonisinlerin Oluşum Mekanizması ve Metabolizmada Subakut, Kronik Etkisinin Sonuçları

Öz

Küfler birçok canlının sağlığını tehdit eden bitki ve hayvanlar üzerinde yaşayan mikroskobik mantarlardır. Mantarlar spor oluşturarak hava su, böcekler yoluyla taşınarak küf oluştururlar. Küf kontaminasyonu özellikle yüksek sıcaklık ve nemli iklime sahip olduğu bölgelerde ilk sıradadır. Küfler uygun şartları sağladığında çoğalabileceğini göstermektedir. Küfler biri ekonomik diğeri ise mikotoksin oluşturma açısından tehlikelidir. Günümüze kadar 400'den fazla mikotoksin türü olduğu çalışmalarla bulunmuş ve içlerinde sadece 20 mikotoksin insan ve hayvanlar için yüksek affiniteye sahip olduğu kanıtlanmıştır. En sık karşılaşılan Mikotoksinler siklopiazonik asit, okratoksin, patulin, aflatoksin (AF), trikotesenler, zeranol, ve fumonisin olarak çeşitlenmektedir. Doğada en çok karşılaşılan türü fumonisinlerdir. Fumanosin türleri birçok canlı üzerinde subakut ve kronik etkileri bulunmaktadır. Başta Karaciğer kanseri, Kas krampları, Zayıf besin emilimi, Kemik erimeleri, İshal, Nefes alış- verişlerde sıkıntı, felce uğratma, kusma, sara, mide ağrısı, , zayıf bağışıklık sistemi, üşüme, eklem ağrıları, nabız zayıflığı, titreme, el ve ayakta uyuşukluk, romatizma, parkinson hastalığı, MS (multiple skleroz), gibi birçok hastalığın öncül sebebidir. Sağlık üzerine olumsuz etkileri olan bu toksinlerin varlığının yeterli ve gerekli önlem verildiğinde önüne geçilebileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Fumanosinlerin kimyasal yapısını, oluşum mekanizmasını, sağlık üzerine etkilerinin sonuçlarını açıklamak amacıyla derlenmiştir.
