TURİZM YAZININDA FARKLILIKLARIN YÖNETİMİ VE KAPSAYICILIK ARAŞTIRMALARININ BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Öz

Farklılıkların yönetilmesi, farklılıkların yoğun olarak yaşandığı turizm sektörü için oldukça önemlidir. Son dönemlerde, sektörde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin çeşitlilik ve kapsayıcılık stratejileri geliştirdiği, alanyazında bu konuda yapılan araştırmaların arttığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, turizm ve otelcilik alanında farklılıkların yönetimi ve kapsayıcılık konularında yapılan akademik çalışmaları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirmektir. Bu doğrultuda Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilen 250 çalışma, R programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, alanyazında özellikle iş yaşam dengesi, cinsiyet, yaş ve engellilik konularının yoğun bir şekilde ele alındığını ortaya koymuştur. Ancak cinsiyet kimliği, din, ırk, sosyal ve kurumsal geçmişe yönelik fark boyutlarında sınırlı sayıda çalışmanın yapıldığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışma ulusal alanyazında, turizm ve otelcilik sektörü için farklılıkların yönetimi ve kapsayıcılık konusunda yapılan ilk bibliyometrik analiz çalışması olup, ilgili alanda araştırma yapacak olan akademisyenler için önemli bir kaynak teşkil etmektedir. Ayrıca, bu çalışmanın sektör profesyonellerine farklılıkların yönetimi konusunda güncel gelişmeler ve eğilimler hakkında bilgi sağlayabileceği ve politika oluşturma süreçlerine katkı sunabileceği düşünülmektedir.
