Geri Dönüşüm Sektörüne İlişkin Sorun Alanlarının Dematel ve Gri Dematel Yöntemiyle Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

 Geri dönüşüm; doğal kaynaklarımızın tüketimini
azaltarak enerji ve hammadde tasarrufu sağlar, iş imkânı olanaklarını arttırır,
maliyetleri azaltarak ülke ekonomisine katkıda bulunur. Geri dönüşüm sektöründe
ülke olarak oldukça geri seviyelerde olmamızın nedenleri hep tartışma konusu
olmuştur. Atık yönetiminde yapılan hataları doğru tespit etmek en uygun
stratejiye yönelmemizi sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada ülkemizde geri dönüşüm
sektörüne ait ve Bilim, Sanayi, Teknoloji Bakanlığınca belirlenmiş olan sorun
alanlarını Dematel, Gri Dematel yöntemleri ile önceliklendirerek analiz sonucunda
uygulanması öngörülen politikalar değerlendirilmiştir
.

Evaluation of Problem Areas Related to the Recycling Sector via Dematel and Grey Dematel Method

Öz

Currently, people must make well and clean
decisions in
difficult
living and working conditions. To survive in such a
Recycling saves energy
and raw materials by reducing the consumption of our natural resources,
increases job opportunities and contributes to the country's economy by
reducing costs. The reason we are quite back in the recycling sector as a
country has always been the subject of debate. Identifying correctly the
mistakes made in waste management will provide us to tend the right strategy. In
this study, the problem areas identified by T.C. Ministry of Science, Industry
and Technology related to recycling sector are prioritized by Dematel and Grey
Dematel methods.
Then, the policies considered appropriate to these
priorities were evaluated.
As a result of the study,
it has been determined that the lack of implementation in waste management is
the most important problem area and the policies that should be paid attention
from the top of the problem are listed.
