In the study, first of all, human factor, productivity, employee absenteeism were mentioned and the concept of presenteeism was tried to be explained. Then, the research carried out in order to reveal the differences on the basis of the presenteeism levels and demographic characteristics of the employees in the sample was presented. The data obtained as a result of the survey conducted with 393 participants in Kırklareli province were evaluated with the help of SPSS and Lisrel statistical programs. Frequency tables of the demographic characteristics of the participants were included, reliability analysis and factor analysis were applied to the applied presenteeism scale (SPS-6). In order to analyse the differences on the basis of the demographic characteristics of the participants, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and TUKEY tests were performed. It was observed that the presenteeism levels of the participants obtained with the SPS-6 scale were on average between 3.37..3.41. While there was no difference in presenteeism levels on the basis of gender, marital status and number of children, statistical differences were determined according to education level, age, seniority, income and job types.
