Hiperemezis Gravidarumun Maternal Anksiyete ve Depresyon Düzeyleri ile İlişkisi

Amaç: Hiperemezis ile komplike olan gebeliklerde anksiyete ve depresyon durumlarını değerlendirmeyi amaçladık.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu kesitsel tipte tanımlayıcı çalışma Eylül 2019 – Nisan 2020 tarihleri arasında Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum polikliniğine başvuran 5-14 haftalık gebeliği olan katılımcılarla yapıldı. Çalışmaya hiperemezisgravidarum tanısı konulup hospitalize edilen 46 gebe (vaka grubu) ile 47 sağlıklı gebe (kontrol grubu) olmak üzere toplam 93 kadın dahil edildi. İki gruba da Beck ve Hamilton anksiyete ve depresyon ölçeği anket formları uygulandı. Her iki grubun demografik özellikleri, anksiyete ve depresyon ölçeği puanları karşılaştırıldı.
Bulgular: Toplam 93 gebe değerlendirildi. Vaka ve kontrol grupları arasında yaş, vücut kitle indeksi, parite ve gravida açısından anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı (sırasıyla p = 0.139, p = 0.894, p = 0.386, p = 0.304). Vaka grubunda kontrol grubuna göre Beck Depresyon, BeckAnksiyete, Hamilton Depresyon, Hamilton Anksiyete Ölçeklerinin puanları anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu (p < 0.001). Vaka grubunda depresyon ve anksiyetenin derecesi kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı olarak fazla idi (p < 0.001).
Sonuç: Hiperemezisgravidarumu olan vaka grubunda depresyon ve anksiyete kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı olarak yüksek saptandı.
