İş Sağlığı Psikolojisinde İş Bağlılığı Kavramının Spor Sektörü Açısından Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, iş yaşamında yer alan işe bağlılık kavramını çok boyutlu olarak değerlendirmesini hedeflemektedir. İşe bağlılık kavramı; işle ilgili iyilik halinin pozitif, tatmin edici, duygusal-motivasyonel durumu, canlılık, adanmışlık ve özümseme ile karakterize edilir. İşe bağlılıkla ilgili farklı görüşler olsa da, çoğu bilim insanı, işe bağlı çalışanların yüksek düzeyde enerjiye sahip olduğu ve işleriyle güçlü bir şekilde özdeşleştiği konusunda hemfikirdir. Bağlılığı ölçmek için en sık kullanılan araç ise, dünya çapında birçok ülkede onaylanmış bir öz bildirim aracı olan Utrecht İş Bağlılığı Ölçeği' dir. Bağlılık üzerine yapılan araştırmalar, bağlılığın ilgili kavramlardan (örneğin, işkoliklik, örgütsel bağlılık) nasıl farklı olduğunu araştırmış ve işe bağlılığın en önemli yordayıcılarına odaklanmıştır. Bu çalışmalar, bağlılığın en iyi iş kaynakları (örneğin özerklik, denetim koçluğu, performans geri bildirimi) ve kişisel kaynaklar (örneğin iyimserlik, öz-yeterlik, öz saygı) tarafından tahmin edilen benzersiz bir kavram olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Dahası, ilk araştırmalar, işe bağlılığın iş performansı ve müşteri memnuniyeti için öngörücü olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu çalışma, iş katılımı hakkında bilmediğimiz kavramları ortaya koymayı, bu alanda yapılacak yeni araştırmalara kaynak sunmak hedefi ile yapılmıştır.
