Tescilli Bazı Keten (Linum usitatissimum L.) Çeşitlerine Ait Yağ oranları ve Yağ Asidi Bileşimlerinin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Keten (Linum usitatissimum L.), yağ ve lif özellikleri nedeniyle önemli endüstriyel ürünlerden biridir ve çok sayıda kullanım alanına sahiptir. Keten temelli ürünlerin karakterizasyonu ve tanıtımı/adaptasyonu büyük ilgi görmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızda 6 (Verne, Mcduff, Clark, Bison, Zoltan ve Clli1523) çeşit kullanılmıştır. Ketenin yağ verimi ve ham yağ oranının yanı sıra yağ içerikleri (α-Linolenik asit (C18.3), Linoleik asit (C18.2), Oleik asit (C18.1), Stearik asit (C18.0) ve Palmitik asit (C16.0)) araştırılmıştır. Değerlendirme için, çeşitlere karşılık gelen ilgili parametreleri (yağ asitleri) görselleştirmek, ilişkilendirmek ve ayırt etmek için temel bileşenler analizi (PCA) (PAST Software) ve ısı haritası kümelemesi (ClustVis) gerçekleştirilmiştir. Buna göre, yağ verimi açısından en yüksek değer 2,12 g ile Clark'ta, en düşük değer (0,97 g) ise Zoltan'da kaydedilmiştir. Yağ asitleri bileşenleri bakımından, en yüksek α- linolenik asit yüzdesi Verne’de (%50,63) gözlenirken, ilgili bileşiğin en düşük değeri Bison'da (%39,02) tespit edilmiştir. Parametrelere karşılık gelen çeşitler arasında net bir ayrım ve dağılım gözlenmiştir.
