Öz

Objective - The aim is to clearly and concisely express the development processes of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 through modeling based on mathematical set theory.
Method - The development processes of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 were modeled using mathematical set theory.
Findings - Industry 5.0 is represented by a mathematical set theory model that includes smart technologies (ST), network systems (NS), cloud computing (CC), efficient use of limited resources (ER), industry (IN), automated production (AP), high efficiency (HE), system integration (SI), quality in service delivery (QS), digitalization (DG), artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IoT), big data (BD), machine learning (ML), additive manufacturing (AM), blockchain (BC), and robotics (RB).
Conclusion - In this study, the development processes of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 were modeled using mathematical set theory. This modeling has provided a clearer understanding of the evolution of these processes and the interrelationships between the technologies involved.
