Septimius Severus who was bom in Lepcis Manga, one of the three towns ofTripolitaniaHowever, he was not the jirst emperor not originally Roman and Italian. SeptimiusSeverus, who was originally Phoenike, was not reached the throne throughout thelegal ways. Negative attitudes of Roman People agahıst Didius Iulianus, who hadbought Fom Praetorian Quard imperial throne, had been the starting processwhich Septimius Severus accessed the throne of Rome. In this process, he had tworivals. The first of his rivals was governing in Syria province which was the territoryof Septimius'Niger, in Anatolia. He used roads passing through Anatolia both in these wars andhis campaigns towards to the East.in Anatolia
