Regresyon Tekniği Kullanılarak Kenger (Gundelia Tournefortii) Tohumlarının Sürtünme Özelliklerinin Farklı Yüzeyler İçin Belirlenmesi

Öz

Kenger
bitkisi (Gundelia tournefortii) doğada kendiliğinden yetişen dikenli bir
bitkidir. Ülkemizde Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesi olmak üzere çoğu Anadolu
illerinde ve ayrıca Ortadoğu ülkelerinde yetişmektedir. Hem yeşil hemde kök
kısmı insanlar tarafından yiyecek olarak tüketilmektedir. Ayrıca süt ve süt
kalitesni arttırdığı için hayvanlar tarafından severek tüketilmektedir.
Bunların yanı sıra kengerin kök ve tohumları ilaç sanayisi ve sakız üretiminde
kullanılmaktadır. Bu yüzden gelecekte potansiyeli yüksek olan bir endüstri
bitkisidir. Endüstriyel bir bitki olarak dikkate aldığımızda bazı mühendislik
özelliklerinin bilinmesinde yarar vardır. Bunlardan birisi ürünün tanesinin sürtünme
özellikleridir. Sürtünme özellikleri özellikle taşıma, depolama, temizleme ve
hasat ekipmaları gibi yapıların tasarımında kullanılan önemli verilerdir.
Sürtünme kuvveti ve sürtünme katsayıları kullanılan yüzey malzemesi, ürün nem
içeriği, yüklenme durumu ve çekilme hızı gibi parametrelere bağlı olarak
değişmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı yüzeye sahip malzemeler için farklı çalışma
koşullarında sürtünme özelliklerini belirlemek ve kullanılan her bir malzeme için
çoklu regresyon tekniği kullanılarak matematiksel eşitlikler geliştirmektir. Çalşımada;
galvanizli sac, PVC, krom ve kavuçuk kullanılmıştır. Her bir malzeme için
sürtünme özellikleri %9.60, %16.20, % 31.30 ve % 42.3 nem içeriklerinde, normal
yüklenme ağırlığının yanısıra 1.5, 2.0 ve 2.5 kg ilave ağırlıklar ve 5, 10, 15,
20, 25 ve 50 mms-1 olmak zere 6 farklı çekilme hızlarında yürütülmüştür.
