The aim of this research is to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool to determine the entrepreneurial intentions of third and fourth grade students. The study group of the research consists of 588 third and fourth grade (8-10 years) students studying in the city center of Karaman in the 2021-2022 academic year. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed for the construct validity of the scale. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, 8 items were removed from the scale. The final version of the scale consists of 31 items and four dimensions, and the scale explains 35.05% of the total variance. The proposed model for EFA was tested with CFA on a new sample of 206 students. The goodness of fit values obtained as a result of DFA (x2/ sd=1;64 RMSEA=.06; CFI= .97; IFI= .97; NFI= .93, NNFI= .97) showed a good fit with the model. When the Cronbach alpha coefficient for the reliability of the scale was calculated, it was found that it was .81 in the perceived behavioral control dimension, .77 in the entrepreneurial thought dimension, .78 in the attitude and social norm dimension, .78 in the intention dimension and .93 for the whole scale. As a result of the analyzes, it can be said that the findings provide evidence that the Entrepreneurial Intentions Scale for Children is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
