HAVLU KALİTE ALGISININ SUBJEKTİF VE OBJEKTİF DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Öz
Bu çalışmada, tekstil sektöründe ev tekstili ürünleri içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan havlu kumaşların kalite algısı öncelikle havlu alanında profesyonel deneyime sahip uzman kişiler tarafından subjektif olarak değerlendirilmiş, daha sonra havlu kumaşlar Kawabata KES sistemi ile ölçülerek objektif olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Havlu kalite algısının hem subjektif hem de objektif olarak değerlendirilmesi amacıyla 10 farklı havlu üretici firma ziyaret edilmiş ve bu firmalardan 73 adet havlu numunesi toplanmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirme sonuçları incelendiğinde; herhangi bir havlu kumaşın kalite değerini yapılan testler sonucunda belirli limitler içinde veren, üretici ve kullanıcıların kabul edeceği objektif bir yöntem geliştirerek, ölçülen veriler arasında korelasyon kurulup TQV (Total Quality Value) değeri için, subjektif ve objektif değerlendirmeler arasında max korelasyon katsayısı 0,963 olarak bulunmuştur.
