Magnetarların Parlama Sırasındaki Gürültü Genlikleri

Bu çalışmada magnetar kaynaklarının parlama süreçlerindeki gürültü genlikleri incelenmektedir. Gürültü genliği ölçümleri $\Delta_8$ ve $S_r$ olarak iki farklı teknik ile incelenmiştir. Gürültü genliklerinin bağımsız fiziksel parametreler ile olan ilişkileri incelenmiştir ve magnetarların parlama süresinde yaydıkları toplam enerji ile gürültü genlikleri arasında bağıntı olduğu ortaya koyulmaktadır. Bu bağıntıdan yola çıkarak magnetarların zamanlama gürültüsü oluşumunun radyo atarcalarla benzerlik gösterdiği ve bu süreçte asıl etkenin yüksek manyetik alan şiddeti olduğu tartışılmaktadır.

Timing Noise Amplitudes of Magnetars During Outburst Episodes

In this study, the timing noise strengths of magnetars are examined during their outbursts. Noise amplitude measurements were investigated via two different techniques referred to as $\Delta_8$ and $S_r$. The relationship between the noise amplitudes and the independent physical parameters has been investigated. It has been revealed that there is a correlation between the total energy emitted by magnetars during the outburst period and their noise amplitudes. Based on this correlation, it is argued that the timing noise observed in magnetars stems from their ultra-strong magnetic fields and forms a continuum with pulsar population.
