The aim of the research was to determine whether there was a significant difference between the primary school teachers' the level of giving importance to values of the information society and the level of perceptions about their students' adopting values. The study was a quantitative study in the descriptive survey model. Target population of the study consisted of teachers working at the primary schools in the two districts called Bornova and Bayraklı in İzmir. In the survey, sample was determined using convenience sampling technique. The sample of the research consisted of 304 primary school teachers. "Value Scale" was used to determine the values in the study. There was a significant difference in the level of primary school teachers' attaching importance to the values of the information society according to sex, professional seniority, age, and the number of activities. In the perception of the level of primary school teachers' bringing the values of the information society to their students, there was a significant difference according to the number of occupations and the number of activities they attended. There was a significant difference in the importance of giving and taking in all value dimensions of primary school teachers. In the line with the findings of the research, in-service training programs should be implemented and projects should be developed to ensuring the primary school teachers' internalization of knowledge society aiming at especially teachers with low professional and young.
