Healthy nutrition is eating a variety of foods to maintain health and to work regularly cells which constitute the body. The balanced and adequate nutrition can be affected by the fluctuations in agricultural production depending on changes in climate and seasons, high and inconsistent prices. Furthermore, the other factors which is effective in the emergence of nutritional problems, such as increasing day by day the progress in the industry, to grow and competition in catering sector, increase in food employee population of the places where meal are consumed and the deficiencies in the control point. In addition, it is getting more and more difficult to meet nutrient need of consistently increasing world population. As a result of this hunger can cause some health problems and poverty may result in internal turmoil and social defects across countries. Rapidly developing technological conditions make it necessary to carry out continuous studies in order to ensure to increase the quality and daily amount of food production. The purpose of this review is to determine the reasons preventing the access to safe food, the precautions to be taken and the examination of following the developments in the food industry.
