Purpose of the research; to examine the leisure management and healthy lifestyle behaviors of working women. 342 women (Xage = 32.12 ± 11.81) working in Mersin City Center participated in the study voluntarily. Personal Information Form, Leisure Management Scale and Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors Scale were applied to the participants. The skewness and kurtosis values of the data show that the data have a normal distribution. Pearson Correlation analysis and T-Test were used in data analysis. In addition, percentage, frequency and average scores were examined to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants and their average scores from the scales. In the research; generally, a positive, relationship was found between working women's leisure management and healthy lifestyle behaviors. It has been determined that marital status is a variable that causes a significant difference in health perception and leisure management. It was determined that the leisure management and healthy lifestyle scale scores of the participants did not show a statistically significant difference according to the institution variable. As a result; It can be said that women who can manage their leisure time also display positive behaviors in healthy lifestyle behaviors. While working in the private sector or the public sector did not make a significant difference in the leisure management and healthy lifestyle behaviors of working women, whether they were married or not made a significant difference. Finally, it can be said that the main factors affecting healthy living behaviors are "interpersonal communication" in married participants and "spiritual development" in single participants.
