The aim of this study is to reach a general conclusion about the place of mobbing actions suffered by teachers in the profession, its impact on individuals and the characteristics of the most victimized people. In this context, the thesis written in the last two decades (2000-2020) on mobbing suffered by teachers in our country has been examined by content analysis method through YÖK Tez. In the years that were scanned, 11 thesis studies on the subject were reached. The studies were written between 2005 and 2018. It has been determined that teachers experience various grievances through the behaviors exhibited. As a result of the review, the teachers who are the most victimized in the school environment; male teachers by gender factor, single teachers by marital state, classroom teachers by branch variable, graduate education by level of education, those in the first 5 years of service by seniority, school administration according to hierarchical effect. According to the age factor, it was concluded that the victimizations of the age groups were different from each other.
