Global citizenship is associated with seeing and understanding the world and requires an active role in solving the problems. At this point, global citizenship behavior; It covers the issues that need to be done for equal, fair and sustainable world. The study was carried out with the participation of 161 university students. As a result of the factor analysis for the assessment of global citizenship behavior, three dimensions with a total variance of 56% were obtained. These dimensions are; participation in social projects, global citizenship awareness and social awareness. The total Cronbach alpha value obtained as a result of the analysis for global citizenship behavior is 0,81. The dimensions created to evaluate the perception of justice are in the form of equality, diversity and interpretation; it has a total of 0,70 Cronbach alpha and 55% variance. It is seen that the equality dimension of the perception of justice correlates moderately with the personal perception and social awareness dimension of global citizenship behavior. Among the findings of the research are the positive differentiation of the perception of justice of the low income level and the positive differentiation of the students who have taken a course on social responsibility about global citizenship behavior.
