The article explores the tales written by the world-famous children's author Hans Christian Andersen from Denmark. All the tales collected under the heading of Andersen Tales were written on folklore. The article analyzes the general subject, language, and effects of these tales on European and world literature. Also, classification of tales according to their subject and structure is one of the main topics of the article. Tales are divided into two branches: One is an optimistic belief in the triumph of goodness and beauty; the other is the effect of evil and pessimism on human life. It should be noted that some of the Andersen Tales also bear the traces of his own life. This is due to the difficult life he lived through as a child and as a teenager. In the article, Andersen's famous fairy tales such as "The Lighter", "The Real Princess ", "The Wild Swans", "The Old Man Is Right What He Does", "The Princess and The Pea ", "The Naked King" has been analyzed from various angles.
