The main purpose of this research is to determine how the leadership behaviors exhibited by managers are perceived by the employees and whether these leadership behaviors are related to the employees' job performance. This research was conducted on 59 people who work in Turkey is a company operating in the general directorate of Adiyaman. Thus, all employees working in the provincial directorate were reached. Within the scope of the research, correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationship between leadership behavior and job performance, and the findings revealed that there was no statistically significant relationship between leadership behaviors and employees' job performance. The theoretical and practical results of the results obtained in the research were discussed. Along with the strengths and limitations of the research, suggestions were made for future studies.
