Bu
araştırmanın materyalini; Türkiye’nin, Kuzeydoğu Anadolu bölgesinden, Sarıkamış
yöresine ait Pinus sylvestris ormanlarından
toplanan toprak örnekleri oluşturdu. Toprak örneklerinden izole edilen, Bacillus
S1 izolatının, lakkaz enzimi üretimi yönünden pozitif olduğu tespit edildi. İzolatların
lakkaz üretme yetenekleri 0.2mM ABTS and
0.1mM CuSO% içeren Tryptic Soy Agar kullanılarak test edildi. Bacillus S1 izolatının,
morfolojik, fizyolojik ve biyokimyasal özelliklerine ve 16S rDNA gen bölgesinin
diziliş analizine göre Bacillus megaterium türüne
ait olduğu belirlendi.
