Vakamızda akut ve subakut iliofemoral derin ven trombozu (DVT)
nedeniyle endovenöz yolla rekombinant insan doku tipi plazminojen aktivatörü (rt-PA)
eşliğinde Rotarex rotasyonel trombektomi
kateteri ile farmakomekanik trombektomi uyguladığımız bir hastada kopan ve sol ana iliyak ven ile sağ internal juguler ven arasında duran guide
parçasının subclaviyan yol ile başarılı
bir şekilde çıkartılmasını anlattık.
