This study was conducted in the experimental area of Yüzüncü Y ı l University Agricultural Faculty in 1994- 1995 and 1995-1996. The trial was arranged in a randomized block design with four replications. In this study five phosphorus levels 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 kg/da P 2 05 were examined the effects of yield and yield components in lentil. According to the two-year results, all phosphate treatments yielded significantly more than the control. There was an increase on grain yield of lentil up to 6 kg/da phosphorus doses, after this point increase was not significant. The highest grain yield per area was obtained at the 6 kg/da P 2 05 levels as 137.4 kg/da. The lowest grain yield per area was obtained from control as 72.5 kg/da.
Bu çal ışma, 1994-1995 ve 1995-1996 y ı llar ı nda Yüzüncü Y ı l Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi deneme alan ı nda, tesadüf bloklar ı deneme desenine göre dört tekrarlamal ı olarak yürütülmü ştür. Denemede be ş fosfor dozunun 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 kg/da P205 mercimekte birim alan tane verimi ve verim ö ğ elerine etkisi incelenmi ştir. İ ki y ı ll ı k sonuçlara göre, bütün fosfor dozlar ı önemli derecede kontrolden daha verimli olmu ş lard ı r. Tane verimi, 6 kg/da'l ı k fosfor dozuna kadar önemli miktarda artarken daha sonraki fosfor dozunda art ış olmam ışt ı r. En yüksek birim alan tane verimi ortalama 137.4 kg/dala 6 kg/da'l ı k fosfor dozundan, en dü ş ük birim alan tane verimi ise ortalama 72.5 kg/dala kontrol parsellerinden elde edilmi ştir.
