If the Issue Editorial Board has not been created, the issue cannot be set to "Published" status. The Issue Editorial Board is not mandatory for Early Pub and Forthcoming Issue. If the issue is to be published after February 12, 2025, an issue editorial board is required.

The Issue Editorial Board can be edited while your issue is open for editing within a 5-day period.
