This study aims to examine the relationship between various demographic variables and union attitudes of university students belonging to Generation Z. The sample of the study consists of 379 university students who received associate and undergraduate education at Giresun University. Frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA test were used in the analysis of the data. In the study, it was concluded that the monthly expenditure amounts of the students led to a differentiation in their union attitudes. It has been shown that variables such as gender, education level, and union members of the family do not differentiate trade union attitudes. As a result of the findings obtained in the study, it can be stated that the union attitudes of the students belonging to the Z generation, who are not involved in working life but will likely be employees, are of critical importance for unionization.
