Abstract
Industry 4.0 envisages that information technologies and digital data are integrated and all units, related to production, work jointly with each other. In order for companies to be successful, it is not possible for companies to adapt to Industry 4.0 only by harmonizing the production lines, all processes of the enterprise must be planned accordingly with production. With the introduction of Industry 4.0 into our lives, while the business world changes rapidly, its employees are expected to adapt to Industry 4.0 applications and have the skills and abilities required by the job. According to the results of the research, the concept of industry 4.0 for businesses refers to developing technology and emerging new professions. Along with Industry 4.0, the job descriptions of the employees change and their workloads decrease.
