Açık ve uzaktan öğrenenlerin öğrenme yönetim sistemi ve öğrenme malzemelerine ilişkin memnuniyet durumları

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Anadolu Üniversitesi tarafından kullanılan Anadolum eKampüs öğrenme yönetim sistemine ve sistem bünyesinde sunulan öğrenme malzemelerine ilişkin öğrenen memnuniyetlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Buna ek olarak, memnuniyet düzeylerinin öğrenenlerin çeşitli demografik özelliklerine göre değişkenlik gösterme durumları incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, Anadolum eKampüs Sistemi üzerinden 2016-2017 öğretim yılı bahar dönemi final sınavı öncesinde öğrenenlere memnuniyet anketi uygulanmıştır. Bu ankete gönüllü olarak katılan 13.137 öğrenene ait öğrenme yönetim sistemi kullanım ve memnuniyet verileri, demografik veriler ile birleştirilerek analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizlerin sonucunda, öğrenenlerin büyük bir kısmının Anadolum eKampüs Sisteminden yüksek düzeyde memnun oldukları belirlenmiştir. Sistem memnuniyeti düzeyinin öğrenenlerin cinsiyetlerine, bulundukları coğrafi bölgelere ve kayıtlı oldukları fakültelere göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği; kayıt türü, çalışma durumları ve yaş grupları değişkenlerine göre ise anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğrenme malzemeleri memnuniyeti ele alındığında, öğrenenlerin büyük bir kesimi tarafından kullanılıp yüksek düzeyde memnuniyet bildirilen ilk üç malzeme çıkmış sınav soruları, deneme sınavları ve çözümlü sorulardır.
