Submitted
manuscripts will first be evaluated in terms of compliance with the manuscript
rules of the manuscript.
Work that is not prepared in accordance with the writing rules is returned to
the writer for correction.
The works determined to be prepared according to the writing rules are directed
to the departmental editor by the journal editor.
The editor of the department or the editor will send two referees by specifying
two academicians who are experts in their fields.
The referees send their comments on the article sent to them via the system.
If one of the referees gives a negative opinion and the other gives a positive
opinion, a third relevant referee is sent.
To publish a paper in our journal,
we need to get two positive reports. However, the final decision on the
publication of the article belongs to the editorial board.
The works with two positive reports will be published according to the end of
the transactions.
All articles sent to the journal are checked by the plagiarism program before the evaluation process.
