Bulletin of Economic Theory and Analysis requests a 4000 TL submission fee from submitted articles - regardless of the acceptance/rejection condition - in order to cover the publication expenses of the journal.

Submitted articles are evaluated at the secretariat stage to see if they are suitable for the journal's scope. Articles that are not suitable for the journal's scope are returned and no fee is charged. A submission fee is requested from articles that are suitable for the journal's scope. After the fee is paid, they are first evaluated by the editor(s) and a decision is made whether or not they will be included in the peer review process. Articles that are found suitable are included in the peer review process.

Bulletin of Economic Theory and Analysis charges a fee from articles that are suitable for the journal's scope - regardless of the acceptance/rejection condition - during their application, and no refund is made if the article is rejected at any stage.
