Bozok Veterinary Sciences is the scientific publication of Yozgat Bozok University and is published twice a year, in June and December. The abbreviated name of the journal is "Bozok Vet Sci". Bozok Veterinary Sciences is published as a peer-reviewed and scientific periodical. Studies in the fields of Clinical Sciences, Preclinical Sciences, Basic Sciences, Food Hygiene and Technology, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition and Nutritional Diseases, Public Health, Exotic, Wild, and Laboratory Sciences are published. Original research articles, case reports, and invited and editorial-approved reviews are published in our journal. , short papers and letters to the editor are published.

The editors who receive the articles sent to the journal send them to at least two referees after making the necessary evaluations. The refereeing process works as "Blind Refereeing". If the author wishes, they have the right to withdraw the article until it is sent to the referee. The referee is given 15 days to review the submitted article, and at the end of this period, they send an acceptance or rejection evaluation form. Articles accepted as a result of peer review are reviewed and accepted by the editor in terms of language and grammar. Accepted articles are then sent to typesetting.

Bozok Veterinary Sciences, Yozgat Bozok Üniversitesi'nin bilimsel yayın organı olup Haziran ve Aralık aylarında olmak üzere yılda iki kez yayımlanır. Derginin kısaltılmış ismi ''Bozok Vet Sci''dir. Bozok Veterinary Sciences hakemli ve bilimsel süreli dergi olarak yayınlanmaktadır. Klinik Bilimleri, Klinik Öncesi Bilimleri, Temel Bilimleri, Gıda Hijyeni ve Teknolojisi, Zootekni, Hayvan Besleme ve Beslenme Hastalıkları, Halk Sağlığı, Egzotik, Yaban ve Laboratuvar Bilimi alanlarındaki çalışmalar yayınlanır. Dergimizde orijinal araştırma makalesi, olgu sunumu, davetli ve editör onayı alınmış derlemeler, kısa bildiriler ve editöre mektuplar yayınlanır.

Dergiye gönderilen makaleleri alan editörleri gerekli değerlendirmeleri yaptıktan sonra makaleyi en az 2 hakeme gönderir. Hakemlik süreci ''Kör Hakemlik '' olarak işlemektedir. Eğer yazar isterse, makale hakeme gönderilene kadar makalesini geri çekme hakkına sahiptir. Hakeme gönderilen makale için 15 gün süre verilir ve bu süre sonunda hakemler kabul veya red değerlendirme formu gönderirler. Hakem değerlendirmesi sonucunda kabul edilen makaleler editör tarafından dil ve dilbilgisi açısından incelenir ve kabul edilir. Kabul edilen makaleler dizgiye gönderilir.
