In order to warn people about wrongs and deficiencies and to invite them to the truth, advice written from the Qurʾān and Sunna are among the most important works of educational type. Scholars, the heirs of the Prophet, tried to overcome the deficiencies they saw in society with such works and invited the people to the Ḥaqq and truth. XI where the first works of this style are given in the field of the Turkish literature. It is possible to see that the original works praising the necessity of obeying religious rules and possessing good morals have been created since the 19th century. In our article, the life, works, and the shape and content features of the work of which we give the text of the transcriptional text of the Ottoman scholar Sheikh Mehmed Hayrī Efendi, who is one of the last scholars and figures of the Ottoman Empire, are given.
