The Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Journal of The Institute of Educational Sciences (MAKÜ-EBED) is a national, peer-reviewed, and scientific journal that aims to contribute to science by sharing developments in educational sciences, field education, and teacher training both in Turkey and worldwide on a scientific platform. Our journal aims to encourage knowledge exchange among all stakeholders in education and to disseminate the results of current research and practices to a broad audience.
MAKÜ-EBED is published online once a year, featuring original theoretical and applied research articles, reviews, and compilations in the field of education. Additionally, special issues may be published, not more than once a year, featuring oral presentations from national and international meetings (symposiums, congresses, conferences, etc.) as well as studies on significant cultural events and figures.
Articles in our journal are published in both Turkish and English. For articles submitted for review, if the full text is in Turkish, an extended abstract in English is required; if the full text is in English, an extended abstract in Turkish must be provided. This practice aims to enhance the international accessibility and visibility of the works.
MAKÜ-EBED welcomes all original studies related to educational sciences, field education, and teacher training. Our journal aims to enrich the body of scientific knowledge in these fields and contribute to the literature.
