Within the scope of publication ethics, our journal adopts the principles of the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) "Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors" and "Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers" and expects all stakeholders (readers, authors, referees, publishers and editors) to fulfil the following ethical responsibilities. The following ethical duties and responsibilities have been prepared in open access, taking into account the guidelines and policies published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and Council of Higher Education Institutions (CoHE) (see https://publicationethics.org). All stakeholders should pay attention to the standardised general and specific ethical rules and responsibilities shared below.
The management of our journal is committed to the successful execution and improvement of the article acceptance, evaluation and publication processes within the framework of ethical publishing rules.
