The word scala means "ladder, succession, order" in Latin. In this respect, scientific information is focused on the departments of Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture and Interior Architecture that make up the content of E-Scala journal (E/Environment, S/Space, C/City, A/Architecture, L/Landscape, A/Art). It aims to be a ground for production and a tool aiming to transfer the circulation and flow of information to the future.
Journal focuses on original theoretical writings, original research articles, reviews, articles on project/design applications and current discussion texts in the fields of Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture and Interior Architecture. However, studies related to other related fields of science (Sociology, History, Art, Archeology, Anthropology, Ecology, Botany etc.) at the intersection of these fields are also accepted on the condition that they comply with the scope of the journal.
