Author Guide
Erciyes Journal of Agriculture and Animal Sciences is a national, periodic and peer-reviewed scientific journal established in 2018. Our journal publishes 2 issues a year online in order to ensure communication between agricultural scientists by publishing scientific studies in the field of agriculture. Manuscript writing language can be Turkish (English abstract is mandatory) or English (English articles will be given priority). This journal has adopted the policy of providing open access at the time of publication.

Open Access

Open Access, peer-reviewed scientific literature, via the internet; It can be freely accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, scanned, linked to full texts, indexed, transferred as data to software and used for any legal purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers.

Copyright Transfer

Transfer of copyright is mandatory for publications accepted for publication. You can access the copyright transfer form here.

Authors publishing in this journal accept the following terms:

1. All publishing rights belong to Erciyes Journal of Agriculture and Animal Sciences,

2. It complies with the writing and publication rules specified by the journal,
3. The article is original and has not been previously published in Turkish or a foreign language at home or abroad, or is not in the process of being evaluated for publication,
4. If the scientific and ethical responsibility belongs to us, other authors cannot be reached; I accept and declare that all authors are aware of the study and that I take the responsibilities of other authors as the first author of the article.

Authors in all articles submitted to the Erciyes Journal of Agriculture and Animal Sciences are required to sign the "Copyright Transfer Agreement", the content of which is stated above. This contract text should be downloaded on the article submission page and signed by all authors, scanned in PDF format and uploaded to the system.

Article Submission and Printing Fee


There is no article submission and evaluation fee. No article printing fee is required.

Writing rules

You can find our Journal's Article Writing Rules here. Articles that are not prepared in accordance with the spelling rules will be returned to the author without being evaluated.

Evaluation process

Articles are pre-checked by the Editor-in-Chief. If there is no problem in terms of spelling rules, it is transferred to the Editor-in-Chief. It is transferred to the relevant Section Editors by the Editor-in-Chief. Reviewers are determined by the Section Editors. Opinions of 2 referees are taken for each article. The editor may seek advice from the Editorial Board in the event of a disagreement between the reviewers and the authors. Reviewers can submit their comments separately to the authors and the Editor.
