Abstract
Bu
çalışmada, iki inekte belirlenen puerperal hemoglobinüri ve bu hastalara yapılan
tedaviler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Yapılan klinik ve laboratuar muayeneleri sonucunda,
hastalara puerperal hemoglobinüri tanısı konuldu. Tedavi amacıyla, hayvanlara üç
gün boyunca paranteral fosfor preparatları uygulandı. Bu uygulamaya ineklerden
biri olumlu cevap verirken diğeri düzelmedi. Tedavinin dördüncü gününde
düzelmeyen ineğe, kan nakli ve tekrar fosfor uygulaması yapıldı. Yapılan bu
tedavi sonrasında hayvan hızla iyileşti. Sonuç olarak doğumdan sonraki erken
dönemde hemoglobinüri tespit edilen ineklerin serum fosfor düzeylerinin
incelenmesi ve puerperal hemoglobinürili hayvanlara fosfor uygulamalarının ve ihtiyaç
halinde kan naklinin yapılmasının gerekli olduğu kanaatine varılmıştır.
