Girişimci Davranış: Bir Ölçek Uyarlama Çalışması

Abstract

Bu ölçek uyarlama
çalışması, Pearce ve arkadaşları (1997) tarafından geliştirilen Girişimci Davranış
Ölçeği’nin, Türkçe ’ye uyarlanması kapsamında, güvenilirlik ve geçerlilik
değerlerine ait bulguları içermektedir. Çalışma, yazılım ve lojistik sektörü
olmak üzere iki farklı örneklem grubundan (n=401, n=366) elde edilen veriler
ile yapılmıştır. Yapılan istatistiksel analizler sonucunda, ölçeğin orijinal
tek faktörlü yapısına uygun şekilde dilimizde de tek faktörlü bir yapıya sahip
olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan güvenilirlik analizlerinde girişimci davranış
ölçeğinin Cronbach Alfa katsayısı, ilk örneklem için ,97, ikinci örneklem için
ise ,92 olarak ölçülmüştür. İstatistiksel analizler sonucu elde edilen
bulgular, uyarlaması yapılan girişimci davranış ölçeğinin, Türkiye’deki çeşitli
sektörlerde çalışanlar için girişimci davranışın ölçülmesinde geçerli ve
güvenilir bir ölçek olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.
