Articles may be written in standard English (US) or Turkish (TR).
The word count for an article in this journal should be no less than 5000 and no more than 8000, including endnotes and bibliography. This limit includes tables, figures, captions, and subtitles. A book review for this journal should be no more than 1500 words, including tables, figures, and captions.
The similarity rate of the article must be lower than 15%. The full text files of the articles are reviewed by Dergipark, and authors do not need to upload any originality reports. Any discrepancies that may occur in the originality reports are the responsibility of the authors.
The structure of the article should be as follows: title page, abstracts in English and Turkish, keywords, highlights, main text including tables and images with subtitles, bibliography, and short biography of the author(s).
The title should be no more than 15 words.
The abstract should be no more than 200 words. Articles in Turkish should also include abstracts in English.
Keywords should summarize the content of the article and be no more than 5 words.
Highlights should be written in English and Turkish as sentences summarizing the research findings, consisting of 3 to 5 items, each not exceeding 20 words.
Tables should be compiled on the main text.
Figures should be compiled on the main text. Figures should be 300 dpi for colored and grayscale images in JPEG format. The longest edge of any figure should be no more than 15 cm. The required permissions should be made available by the authors for copyrighted images, and copyright information should be indicated within the captions.
A bibliography in alphabetical order should be provided at the end of the manuscript. The citation and referencing format is in APA 7 Style (click here).
A biography of the author(s) is required, and it should be no more than 120 words per author.
The uploaded article files should be saved with an editable format such as DOC or DOCX. The article should be prepared according to the given template as explained below: The template consists of three files: "GRID_Title" is the cover page for each article that includes information about the title, abstract, keywords, author affiliations. (download GRID_Title from here) "GRID_Body" is the part where the full text of the article is included, without any information about author identities. This file is single-handedly used as the review copy for all editor and referee processes until the acceptance of the article to be published. Any content in this file that will reveal the identity of the author is the reason for the rejection of the article. (download GRID_Body from here) "GRID_AthorInfo" includes author biographies and required statements, which may include author identity. (download GRID_AuthorInfo from here) Authors should upload all three files at the beginning of their application. For the originality analysis (plagiarism detection), the blind-review process, and for all revisions, the template file “Grid_Body” will be used solely.

This journal uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) to manage the peer-review process. The authors should create an account for the website of the journal to submit an article or a book review.
The editorial review process lasts around 3 months, depending upon the availability of referees. Referees are selected by the editors of GRID regarding the specifications of the fields of articles. The review process for articles is double-blind.
There are no submission fees for this journal.
This journal is an open access journal providing online access on publication. Anybody can view, download (as PDF), and check the metrics of the articles via the website of the journal.
