Section editors follow the principles of the journal's editorial board and evaluate issues such as copyright infringement and plagiarism in line with these principles. Section editors are responsible for the equitable, fair and timely completion of the evaluation process through expert referees in the relevant Section. Unless any additional referees are needed, they ensure that the article submitted to the journal is evaluated by at least two external and independent referees. Articles should be evaluated by the Section editors for their content and novelty, regardless of the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnicity, citizenship or political philosophy. The publication policies of the journal should be transparent and include honest reports from reviewers and authors. In addition, Section editors should use the journal's standard electronic system "DergiPark" for all journal communications, except for any technical problems. Domain editors will use a transparent disclosure process in appealing their decisions. Section editors should not attempt to influence journal rankings and should not compel authors to include the editor's or Section editors' articles unless there are sound scientific reasons for this purpose. The confidentiality of all articles submitted to the journal, communications with interested parties, and the identity of the referees should be protected by the Section editors. Unpublished materials, information and ideas contained in the submitted article should not be used in the Section editors' own research without the written consent of the author. The author must be notified of any potential editorial conflicts of interest. The publisher may publish the related notices in the journal. Domain editors must maintain the integrity of the published record by investigating suspected abuse. In case of doubt, Section editors, if necessary, should contact the article author and inform him of the relevant requests. However, in such a case, Section editors should also be able to communicate with relevant institutions and research centers. In the event of plagiarism, the Section editors and the editor must act together and ensure that the correction, retraction or explanatory statement is promptly published.
Statistics Editors are responsible for evaluating the statistical data of the articles accepted for publication.
Foreign Language Editors make necessary corrections by examining the language, grammar, semantic and expression disorder of the articles accepted for publication in English.
The spelling editors make necessary corrections by examining the articles accepted for publication in Turkish in terms of language, grammar, semantics and expression disorders.
