The aim of this study is to evaluate the textbook named “Musahabat-ı Ahlakiye ve Malumat-ı Vataniye 4”, which was written by Muallim Orhan FUAD in 1924 to be taught in the 4th grade of primary schools, from different perspectives. For this purpose, the book "Musahabat-ı Ahlakiye ve Malumat-ı Vataniye 4" was analyzed subject by subject. On the other hand, comments have been made on the issues from various angles. The study is of qualitative type and was carried out by document analysis method. In the study, first of all, the texts were translated into Turkish in accordance with the transcription features; The issues were resolved and various evaluations were made. As a result of the study, the book “Musahabat-ı Ahlakiye ve Malumat-ı Vataniye 4”; It can be said that it is generally suitable for the 1924 Primary School Curriculum, the texts are arranged from easy to difficult in terms of form and content, they have the quality to improve the skills of the target audience and reflect the characteristics of the society that the Republic built.
