Open Access Policy
The Journal of International Civilization Studies provides immediate open access to its publications on the basis that making scientific research free of charge to the public will increase the global sharing of knowledge.
Authors submitting articles to the Journal of International Civilization Studies are required to read and approve the following copyright transfer form when uploading their work to our online system.
The Journal of International Civilization Studies accepts this definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative and fulfills its requirements. All scientific literature published in our journal has been peer-reviewed and open access is provided. In addition, our journal has signed the Budapest Open Access Initiative declaration. According to the Budapest Open Access Initiative:
"Open Access means that (peer-reviewed scientific literature) can be freely accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, scanned, linked to full texts, indexed, exported as data to software and used for any legal purpose, without financial, legal and technical barriers, via the Internet". The sole copyright role, and the sole power of restriction on reproduction and distribution, should be given to authors so that they have control over the integrity of their own work and can ensure that it is properly recognized and cited.
As an Open Access Policy in our journal, the Citation-Non-Commercial-Non-Derivative 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license has been adopted. Click on the link below for detailed information.
