1. The Journal of International Scientific Researches (ISR) is published three times a year, in January, May, and September. ISR accepts business, economics, finance, labor economics, econometrics, public administration, disaster management, business law, or interdisciplinary studies in these fields. The language of the studies submitted to the journal should be English or Turkish.
2. ISR is an international peer-reviewed journal that is scanned in scientific and indexes. Studies sent to the journal can be published with the consent of at least 2 (two) referees and with the approval of the Editorial Board. The studies submitted to the journal should not be in the evaluation process of another journal at the same time, and should not have been accepted for publication or published anywhere before. The responsibility in this matter belongs to the author/authors. The studies submitted to the journal are not obliged to be published.
3. The content, language, and ethical responsibility of the studies published in the journal belong to the authors. Studies published in the journal can be used in accordance with our Open Access Policy and Creative Commons license provided that the source is indicated.
4. Word program should be used in writing the work. The study should be prepared by filling in the article template on the writing rules page and uploaded to the system in ( .docx ) format.
5. The work uploaded to the system should include the author, institution, contact information and, if derived from a specific work, an informative note. Before being sent to the referees, this information is removed and the work is included in the referee process anonymously.
6. Studies submitted for publication in the journal must be prepared in accordance with the rules of research and publication ethics. Ethics committee approval must be obtained separately for studies conducted and for clinical and experimental studies on humans and animals that require an ethics committee decision, and this approval must be stated and documented in the study. In studies that require ethics committee permission, information about the permission (name of the committee, date, and number) should be included in the method section and also on the first/last page of the study.
7. Double-sided blind refereeing system is used in the journal. For each study sent to the journal, two referees with at least doctorate titles are determined in line with their proximity to the subject and their expertise. Determined referees make evaluations without seeing the author(s) of the study.
8. The referees should never include information such as name, title, or the institution they work for while transferring their opinions about the study sent to them to the evaluation form.
9. In line with the reports from the referees, it is decided to publish the study, to request the correction, additional information, and abbreviation from the author(s) within the framework of the report, or not to publish it, and this decision is notified to the author( s ) via the system. The author( s ) is responsible for making all changes requested by the referees. If the authors do not make the requested changes within the specified time, the work is returned.
10. The work must have a (minimum) 120 - (maximum) 180-word summary. In Turkish or English, whichever is the written language of the study, the abstract in that language is given first. There should be 3-5 word English and Turkish keywords next to the abstracts.
11. When citing in the text and citing references in the bibliography, the criteria specified in APA Version 6.0 (6th Edition) must be followed.
12. Each study published in the journal is assigned a DOI Number and no fee is charged from the authors.
13. Applications of studies that do not comply with the publication principles will not be accepted. The evaluation process will be terminated and the work returned, regardless of the stage at which the deficiencies are detected later.
