Dr. Merih Palandoken completed M.S. degree study in Microelectronics and Microsystems Engineering at Technical University of Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany, in 2005 under DAAD scholarship and Ph.D. degree in Theoretical Electrical Engineering at Technical University of Berlin, Germany in 2012. He is currently working in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Izmir Katip Celebi University. His research interests are analytical/numerical design and modeling of active/passive wireless components in the micro/millimeter wave frequencies especially in the field of RF energy harvesting systems, compact microwave absorbers, machine learning based smart RF component and IoT compatible sensor design, microwave probe design, electrically small bioimplantable antennas and RFID systems. He is working as the vice head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Research and Application Center at Izmir Katip Celebi University.
Assoc. Prof. Sehran Dilmaç completed her undergraduate studies at Atatürk University, Kazım Karabekir Education Faculty, Department of Art Teaching (2003) and Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Political Science and Public Administration (2012). She completed her master's degree at Atatürk University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Art Education (2012) and her doctorate at Atatürk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of History of Philosophy (2017). Finally, she completed her Proficiency in Art (2018) at Gazi University, Fine Arts Institute, Composite Arts Department. Dilmaç was appointed to İzmir Katip Çelebi University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Basic Art Education as an Assistant Professor in 2019. In 2021, she became an Associate Professor at the same university. Currently working for the same university, Assoc. Prof. Dilmaç has many articles published in national and international journals. Assoc. Prof. Dilmaç's research areas include fine arts education, art and literature.
